This was the design and implementation of a system that allowed sales staff to create meetings from a set of pre-approved slides. Sales staff could organise the order of key information relating to the meeting and generate bespoke meeting materials such as invites, agendas, certificates etc. All the materials are then individually branded by the system to the client’s style ensuring consistency and compliance of the material being presented at sales meetings.

The system also allowed for the collection of historical data from these meetings such as materials used, attendance records, products presented, speaker history, along with multiple other pieces of key data allowing the client to inform future marketing needs.
