This was the creation of a system that allowed sales staff to create meetings from a set of pre-approved slides within the system. Sales staff could also organise the order of key information relating to the meeting in order to generate bespoke meeting materials such as invites, agendas, certificates etc. All the materials are then bespokely branded by the system to the clients style to ensure consistency and compliance of material presented at all sales meetings.

The system also allowed for the collection of historical data from these meetings such as materials used, attendance records, products presented, speakers history along with multiple other pieces of key data allowing the client inform future marketing requirements.
